- Marczyk’s CFO, Rob Jones, visited ECRS headquarters to attend CATAPULT University and learn more about the platform’s powerful solutions.
- He learned the CATAPULT was far more complex than a simple checkout system, also covering inventory management, customer management, supplier management, loyalty and marketing, reporting, and analytics.
- After attending the Ignite 2017 conference, Jones felt compelled to have the company take part in the CATAPULT user share group where he and Pete Marczyk have developed business relationships with their peers.
