The new integration allows ECRS retailers access to CoupDog’s cutting-edge blockchain-powered coupon platform, providing an exceptional omnichannel experience for shoppers at CATAPULT-operated locations.
Because CATAPULT Retail POS uniquely runs the same transactional logic across all retail touchpoints, this API integration seamlessly extends to ECRS’ eCommerce solution, loyalty suite, and point-of-sale. With the simple creation of a customer account, shoppers can effortlessly clip coupons by browsing a digital coupon gallery or discovering relevant coupons while exploring products. This integrated digital experience allows them to redeem the coupons effortlessly at checkout in-store, and for eCommerce-enabled retailers using CATAPULT WebCart™, they can also be redeemed online.
Leveraging modern cloud-based infrastructures, ECRS retailers can easily activate and test digital coupons, benefiting from CoupDog’s patented secure blockchain ledger for coupon security and settlement.
In Phase II of this integration, CoupDog and ECRS will incorporate advanced tools that enable retailers to personalize and target coupons for specific groups of shoppers. This phase will also introduce new in-store coupon activation tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
