Our first stop was at a charming health supplement store that's been a cornerstone of the community since 1977. We had the pleasure of chatting with the owner's wife, who shared their excitement about onboarding with Cognition® and revamping their WebCart™ store. The enthusiasm was contagious, and we left feeling inspired by the exciting times ahead! Next, we found ourselves in the vibrant city of Baton Rouge, visiting a unique CATAPULT® retailer that specializes in Carnival season gifts. Imagine beads, masks, and party supplies galore! With Mardi Gras just around the corner, the store was buzzing with energy. The current owner couldn't stop raving about their experience with CATAPULT and the exceptional support and service from ECRS. Our journey continued as we visited a health supplement and grocery store that had recently transitioned to ECRS. Just in time for a major re-implementation, they managed to save their database and upgrade their hardware. Now, everything is running smoothly, and the store enjoys a steady stream of business year-round. Finally, we stopped by a delightful café and grocery store. The staff was incredibly hospitable and recommended some delicious lunch options. This company returned to ECRS back in 2021, and they couldn't be happier to be back! They're thrilled with the improved performance and support, and their smiles said it all.
